Looks OK, but the corsair is a bit weird.
You could call it ‘temporary resting’ if they can’t solve the problem within a few weeks/months.

I would say ‘airworthy’ because if the carb problem is solved, it’s ready to fly right?
The yak-3 was actually a Yak-11 they convert to a Yak-3.
Doesn’t look to good, is the pilot OK?
