The A320 is by IFDG. That particular A320 is a -100 series, registered G-BUSF. You can get it from http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=44762

    Nice one.

    Thanks. 😉

I wanted to share some shots of the most amazing sunset I have ever seen in Flight Simulator.

    You’re not wrong there.

    Also…

Whose model 320 is that Please Michael?

I cant recall ever seeing the BA insig’ reflecting on the engine nacelles like that.

I wonder whether either of the chaps crouching down and clinging on to the fence for dear life managed to get a decent shot?

    Oh!

    SHOT… Had to read it again… :p

    Sorry, couldn’t resist.

It’s not even on the bit that means displaced threshold is it? So it’s landed on what is official an area unsuitable for movements?

That’s how I see it too.
It’s amazing that putting a 744 down at that point, that the asphalt was actually able to take the weight.

Thought I’d go for a little nostalgia. 🙂

Try a couple of “Clicks” of Upwards Trim too. This helps a lot. 😉

the Pilot Flying actually greased the landing

    He sure did.

I suppose that means I’m an ace pilot, as ALL of my landings in FS9 are like that… 😮

    Whoa!!! Get down yer Bu**er…

    😀 😀 😀

All these shots are absolutely stunning, but how do you do them?

Wozza posted up a thread that was most helpful, but it seems to have disappeared.

Did it get lost in the “Switch” to the dedicated screenshot forum, or was it part of the “Old” system?

This explained all you needed to know about creating and posting screenies.

Brilliant to watch but why on earth did he not go around ?

This is what I thought when I first saw it.
Must have been a Hell of a decision to actually land.

    And Deano…

I get your point, but it could have quite easily ended in disaster.
Surely a “Go-Around”, and the expense of a missed slot is preferable to (what could be around) 400 dead Pax.

Figured as much, but couldn’t find it in a search.

It’s the first time I’d seen it.

    Appologies again. 🙂
