    Hi,

An old question, but since I have not been on this forum for a long time, I come with a possible answer.

The airport for landplanes was Toussus-le-Noble, while the airport for seaplanes was at Le Pecq on the river Seine in Paris. I think it might be at Toussus-le-Noble as the hangar looks like on the enclosed photograph.

    Cheers

    Hi,
I am writing a book about the D.H.91 Albatross. One of you mentioned that there were drawings of the aircraft. If so, do you know where? They were not at the BAeS Heritage Centre. We would need them to make the correct three-side drawings.

    Cheers

    Hi Tony,

These photos were taken yesterday by Bjarne Hørsandlien Olsen in connection with the recordings for a movie.

The Junkers Ju 88 fuselage will now be on display, while the continue with the restoration of the remainder of the aircraft.

    Hi Martin,

Thank you for your contribution. It confirms my thoughts as with regard to the airport of landing: Lympne.
Selo Fly: one of the sponsors was Selo Glue and the company paid £ 18 for the advertisment on the side of the aircraft. A bargain…

    Cheers Rob
