All Future IN ships will carry the RAN-40L Phased Array Radar(Range 450Km ) as their main secondary survellence long range Air search radar and not the RAWL-02

austin ,where did you read that all futur IN ships will be equipped with the RAN-40L radar
I wonder if the PODBEREZOVIK radar is an option for P17/P17A

there is also a version of the RIF M system( 30N6 radar / 16 VLS)developed for corvette …..

what’s the difference between the PODBEREZOVIK ,FREGAT and POZITIV radar ???

according to this strange cutaway,modernised mig-21(with kopyo radar ) can fire R77, R27, R 73, KH 31, KH 35, KAB 500kr !!!!

Well, it looks like the tail and body of that, but the nose is different.

I think it is that series of guided bombs but indeed TV homer. It’s used on Su27MKK, I believe (see pic, item closest to Su27)

it’s the oldest version of KAB 1500L (LASER) equivalent to paveway I’s seeker ,it’s not the new kab 1500 with laser gyrostabilised seeker (LG)

correct it’s KAB 1500kr with tv seeker and the fighter in a SU 30 MKK..

I think it might be.

I don’t think they can carry the KAB-1500, but then some Indian sources claim that the Mig-29 can carry all sorts of heavy weapons of an anti ship variety so I can’t say for sure. The KAB-250 is designed for the light fighterbomber role so I would assume now that the Mig-27s, Su-17s etc have been withdrawn it will be intended for Mg-29s and Su-25s, though larger aircraft could carry it. I have not heard that it is actually integrated yet but I would assume that the SMT and M model with Mil Std bus’s integration of this weapon should be relatively straight forward.

can mig-29m/smt carry new KAB 250 or the heavy KAB 1500 ??

Their only guided A/S weapons are the survivors of 280 AGM-65B from the early 80´s.

I read in spanish and french newspapers that morroco acquired MATRA LGB for its MIRAGE F1 ?????????
