I’ve flown the FW 190 replica, b****y scary but great fun. Landing needs a bit of attention and has a fast stalling speed with no warning if you are pulling any G.

Yep, it was bought by a group a few years back but we grounded it after about 4 hours of flying for a total rebuild. At some time in its history the main gear had taken a hammering with the result both main wheels had toe out, Sadly to different degrees. Hence it was a bit twitchy on the ground as the plans state that they should have toe in! Also the mags should have been binned twelve years before and were well out of date. We are hopeful it will fly again this year with a new engine rebuild, paint job and all the outstanding work completed.
