Zlin trainer ?
Not what it seems.
John,
What does that not seem to you ?
Vari-Ez ? 😀
Is it one of the lighweight fighters like XP-77 was ?
Sergio Stefanutti SS2
Bomberguy has this too:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6FeC5KiHxM
Remarkable only 15 hp engine.
Looks similar to many Burt Rutan innovations.
Any specs available of that SS2 ?
I agree Bomberguy has really great vids.
I’ll look for the search button…thanks.

19 hits, but no thread of her own.
I found this Pterodactyl Mk V:
Isn’t same kinda things taking place in car industry ?
I saw a document of 95 years old GM plant in Janesville Michigan. People are bying the Hummers no more and no need for production.
I wonder whats keeping those plants and companies of making real SPACE AGE vehicles that move practically with fumes and costs normal to build. I mean the world record of going furthest with a liter of gas is 4050 km ( approximately MPG 10000 ) by a japanese team.
Hi topspeed, is it a Dyna-cam barrel engine ?
Andy
You got it. It is the Axial Vector engine of 7/1 power to weight ratio ( hp/kilo ).
Wot rare engine is this ?
From the fifties mag.
I found a test flite video of TSR-2:

I used to have a plastic model of TSR 2 at age 14 ( 32 years ago ).
Like this Airfix model: http://www.pienoismallit.net/galleria/malli_5199/
Looks a bit like the Mach Buster prop plane.
Eagle sounds a neat name.
Hang on, wasn’t I correct with the Northrop thingy?
You were but John was first.
Is the last pic not the Northrop Turbo Pusher?
Looks just like it.
No wonder ! : )
Correct…pretty pic.
I’ll help Mondariz.
What is this 18 ft long 2 seater ?
http://1000aircraftphotos.com/HistoryBriefs/Moynet360Jupiter.htm
Moynet was cool…lotsa tail.
How eazy would it nowadays be to make a plastic plane and use one 400 hp pusherfan and go 300 kts and be under 1500 kg flyweight carrying 8 souls on board using ½ the fuel . Times have changed rapidly ( I say it is possible..not saying someone did it yet ).
Jolly good.
The “FINAL VERSION” of MAX III
I have been dreaming a long time now of a slick single seater.
I think I am ready now ( I had this displayed above, but it was 4 000 mm long there ).
This is supposed to be fast, affordable and economical aeroplane.
Wanna join my venture ?
I think this is final for now since my aim was to find a concept that has all those qualities..also moderatly easy to fly. The size is exactly what I was looking for…capable to fly fast with 35-50 hp engine.
Landing gear retraction is manual..very simple and dependable ( sorta like in Super Petrel amfibio ).
SFC is 400 g/hp/hr => consumtion is 3.1 l/ 100 km at 65% power. This requires 20 hp Limbach L275E or equivalent engine.

Any questions ?
I am happy to answer.
