From what I have heard it was lovely to fly one of my old school teachers flew K6147 at Habbaniya on met flights. On one flight he got it up to 33,000 ft I saw the barograph trace he had in his log book. He said this Gladiator had six machine guns. The extra two in top centre section. I also know one of the Shuttleworth pilots who likes it over other aircraft he fly’s.
