Buy an airfield, with a grass strip. Get 2 hangers built on it (In a Shuttleworth style). Then set about buying a Bearcat, Sea Fury, Spitfire MK 19, Mustang, P 40 and p 63 for starters:p Then build the collection up from their (I would ove to have some WW1 and classic jets as well, Meteor, Hunter etc) and eventualy open it to the public and start running annual airshows.

Naturally I would learn to fly first….lol:rolleyes:

Ooooo….I would also finance bringing the Canadian Lanc over for at least one airshow…… and give money to the Sally B fund…

So will it take part in the 2008 season? I think Flying Legends would be the perfect setting for the affor mentioned 2 seat formation;)

Sorry to sound like a complete nonce, but was this the MK. 1 that was airworthy a few years ago, or is this a totally new restoration? If so does that mean there are now 2 MK. 1s in the UK?:confused:

Also seeing the Vulcan. I have never seen a Vulcan in the skies so that will be a thrill to say the least.

Plus it will be interesting to see who throws on what for the RAF Anniversary
