It would be interesting to see how the mig 21 bisons hold up against the F-16. The singapore F-16 would be a better version that the ones pakistan has but it would give a good idea.
Where did they say that IN has got a new batch of sea eagles.
I agree with Karna when he says that the sea eagles are current. Current doesnt mean brand new.

I assume you can read English, I asked for a Sea Eagle link.Harry and Karna claimed that IN had recently aqquired Sea Eagles. This is blatantly false as they have been out of manufacture for some time. I asked for a link, they cannot provide one, what on earth has Bramhos got to do with the debate I am having with them?
I sure can read English. Brahmos is part of the debate. Didn’t you post
“Brahmos not expected in service for quite a while…..”
I was responding to that..
Added later – I just went through the first page of this topic. Why is it necessary for India to get a fresh batch of sea eagles. The existing lot is quite servicable. In fact it makes sense for IN not to go in for sea eagle as Brahmos is now in production.
Ok my apologies.. I have removed the rattle and added the brahmos link..
Sea eagles are not the only misiles used by India. The russian clubs are also in use by the IN

If you read my posts, I did not “throw a fit”, I simply asked you for a link with…[/QUOTE]
Here is the brahmos induction link

HDW involvement is good.
They have the best non-nuke sub.
Perhaps it should be considered that the IAF has a huge transport fleet which is more or less in support of the IA. Counting IA chopper assets seperately doesnt really make sense as the IAF and IA are an integrated force as highlighted by the recent excercises.
Also there is always advange in numbers. Even though it may be claimed that PA has an equal/better per soldier ratio there are still more number of soldiers PA has to deal with.
