a question for the gurus, most of these new gen ships have very restricted amount of
deck space for the crew to relax in…the foredeck is mostly flush and no railings, the superstructure is flush with the sides (no verandahs), … so where is the crew supposed to relax abd get their sun on long patrols ?

wise words Saturn5. they might want to study the design for future line of ASW helo carriers to hunt down Astute class SSNs prowling around outside Bo-Hai bay 😉

india is not interested. no money or need with two bigger carriers confirmed and on the way.

I suggest make a naval museum out of it like uss intrepid. stuff it full of historical british
aircraft , flight simulators and multimedia exhibits, find a way to tow it up the thames and reap tourist dollars.

once the UCAVS get a 360′ APG77 version and amraam-C6 we shall see…snappy 15G moves should be easily possible with no human around. and they will be stealthier than this gen of a/c.

the russians already have airborne ramjet tech in the form of KH31 series A2G missiles carried on a/c. AGAT has plenty of seeker experience and as one sees with R77 they have innovative solns to manouverability. with the right funding it shouldnt be a problem for Ru to come up with a ramjet r77 version. however I guess it depends on customer interest.

er, you give india too much credit. no digital moving images, just 1m res still images and a terrain contour mapper sat also. better is on the way but not moving images….I think u need a massive amt of reserve fuel for that kind of work..constantly adjusting orbits.

israel has the Ofek series. said to be good. japan and Skorea can surely build some good ones if interested.

the rest can buy up quickbird imagery 🙂

a large force of UCAVs and UAVs makes it politically low-cost for US president to authorize various adventures . however they cant occupy and police a restive country, so one awaits the improved new T2010 Terminator model for that 😉
..like a little kid stealing a purse on the street gets tagged from 50kft by a drone, which dials the nearest T2010 armed with dual 3-barrel 30mm cannon and 10000 rds of ammo. :diablo:

    > Great historic Muslims Warriors and Leaders such as Ghauri

a rapacious looter, religious bigot, a pillager of temples, murderer of countless innocents. little more than a desperate robber out for loot.

    > Khalid

ok he was a great general.

from the photo it looks like a solid rocket booster to get it out of tube before
the white booster falls away and main motor ignites.

why dont they post a photo of the test or in the storage ? specs anyone ?

else its just Rashid Qureishi claims – seldom if ever to be taken at face value 🙂

would you believe anything if India issued a press release of testing a 8000km
missile with no specs, no photos, no details of where it was tested and who built it ?
