It’s amazing and almost unexplainable, the emotional connection I feel when I look at photos of these machines (aircraft in general, not just Jag’s). It’s not just nostalgia (i’m far too young for that), something much more intricate.

I feel genuine sadness when viewing and realising their fate.

If your going down that route of discussion, the first debate should surely be questioning the wisdom of retiring the fixed wing naval fleet with no replcaement due for ten year’s. :diablo:

It’s one of the shortest laws on the statute books, so it shouldn’t be too hard for you to identify them.

Regardless of what the Act says, we should all be aware (and frustrated) by what it allows in many cases that simply should not even make it to a court.

There is a desert airbase depicted in the bomber hall IIRC, and it is one of the most interesting parts of the museum! Other dioramas would definitely be appreciated; 8th AF BG base pre-mission is one that comes straight to mind.
