As I have said elsewhere. Nice colour in some of those images especially those against the light. Hurri pull up pic, Dakota/Anson crossover shot and world war one replica close together image my favourites
Thanks

Good set Anna.

Conditions certainly looked atrocious for the Catalina. I decided to give Sunday a miss and went to Sywell instead.
Thank you for sharing your images
Martin
Like the second Harrier shot. At least it flew and did a hover the second time it came out rather than going back to its nest in the static park due to the low cloud. Still a highlight of the show and well appreciated.
Thanks
Martin
Spit and Buchon is my favourite.
I think if it were not for cloudy weather it is quite possible that nobody would have got a shot like that. Low cloud does have some advantages on how it affects displays.
Thanks
Martin
Thanks
Last lot. Five from Thursday followed by four from Friday. The rest from Sunday.

Three more from Saturday. The Spit in one of them is not sharp However it is with the Hurricane which is sharp.

Thank you all for your nice comments.
Next load of pics from me – all from Saturday as it was the better day all round. The rest to follow later. Most of the jets including the Reds formations were taken with a 500mm lens with 1.4 TC. The prop jobs without the 1.4. A few are a little far away but I am posting them anyway.

Nice to have met you on Sunday. How did you keep still enough to get decent pictures in that wind. I’ve got similar pix on the Mustang and F16 (i.e. same pix but fuzzy!)
Looking forward to those of the Catalina
John
Nice to have met you as well John
The wind on Sunday was a pain generally. The first two F 16/Mustang shots were of them entering from the rear of Beachy Head so I suppose I was shooting directly in to the wind.
The third shot I was shooting almost directly downwind. However as they came closer and more in front the wind became a problem and I lost them temporarily. At the closest point the aircraft started diverging from each other anyway. Any pictures I took after the one I posted were not sharp for one reason or another (wind/diverging aircraft etc) apart from the rear end shot.
The Catalina was okay and I will post one of them later from the Sunday. However, due to the wind two or three of the images had the aircraft tails chopped due to wind. My sunnier picture is from Saturday.
Thanks
Martin
I like the blurred sky in the 6th shot (the Spit) Makes the whole image better than it otherwise would be.
Thanks
Martin
I like the Spit shots and the look of the twing engined visiting aircraft.
I would have gone to the show but I was too far away elsewhere.
Cheers
Martin
