    Hi there.
I am not a member of a stand alone “hotel group” membership programme, but my frequent flyer programme SAS Euro Bonus is partnered to a few hotel chains, most obviously SAS Radisson. As a result i will try to get rooms in the relevant promoted hotel chains offering free upgrades or mileage bonus.

I am also aware that, as is popular in the aviation world to do a “mileage run” to retain elite status, some folks are now taking part in “mattress runs” for the same reason with there hotel chain of choice. Therefore i would say there is some interest in the subject.

    Hope this helps.

A relative of Strafford, who wished to remain nameless, confirmed his history of breathtaking ingratitude. “Paul’s always been the same” said the anonymous twin brother.

I bet Mr Strafford will have a hard time working out who said this. Maybe its his twin brother?

I suppose it was just a matter of time before we find out a number of pax are gonna try and nail BA for some cash out of this. It was always on the cards. I may be a bit harsh in saying this, but i can imagin some pax would have doller signs spinning round in there eyes as they wait by the stricken plane for 20mins to be rescued…
Sure if BA are at fault then fair play, but im sure some will always “hype up” the drama of it all.
Kudos to the crew i say, well done

    Errr..it’s not BA’s direct problem.

It is when people start to aviod flying them because they have to use that armpit of an airport.

These problems with transport in the UK really come to a head when the weather goes down,be it Air,Rail or road.I guess you just have to put it down to an overworked, outdated infastructure.

I would hope to see things improve for BA at LHR once T5 is up and running, but the ammount of baggage thats missing now must be enormous.I try and avoid LHR as much as possible, but others tell me if your connecting there with BA its almost certain you will lose some of your luggage.
