I asked nicely, thread closed!
Stick to the topic gents??
M’Pacha
confirmed then that the aircraft was a lightning? 🙁
Yes.
Not sounding good, DS was the pilot.
If you really want to learn more about this position may I suggest the excellent book by Dennis Spencer called, “Looking Backwards Over Burma”
I believe that the individual could face either way.
I believe this is an inaccurate statement. According to the logic you have provided, one of the European customers who have a quoted cost in Euros would not have seen any cost increase. Yet, many articles in the aviation press have detailed the massive cost increases to the extent that the whole program is threatened.
South Africa wasn’t “merely purchasing” the aircraft either as they were to participate in the A400M aircraft design and manufacture programme.

As promised, photo of Norwich storage area from this morning, with detail added ! which I think is correct ?????
Keith.

Thanks Scorpion63,
VH-ZVZ / RRAF-119 (cn 15392), now what is the FB9 🙂
I believe that it was actually an ex-SAAF T-55 and had the Rhodesian serial R4221.
The one at the Central West Shopping Plaza is a FB52 R8128 ex SAAF 211.
The one at Moorabbin Air Museum is a FB52 R1382 ex SAAF 252.
Others are T-55 R2424 ex SAAF.
FB52 R1835(SAAF 245) and R1829(SAAF 216).
Anybody know those FB.9’s
I believe this is one of hers, Port Mcquarie air show 2002

And some 2 seaters which i think where normal T11s
She has one 2 seater flying and one single seater ground running.
And at least one of the fighters has found its way onto a pole in the middle of a carpark at a shoping center, how sad is that?
Thanks for the info, any idea of there identity though?
