You must be on commission.
So far 2 of the 4 that were hand picked by the ATP Academy have fallen by the wayside, unable to achieve the necessary results!
Looked to me like an attempt to nip in the bud all the PR Branson is milking without a cat in hells chance of succeeding.
Still very tight in a 757-300. Can you get 767’s in there Moondance?
Tiny airport (parking spaces for 4 aircraft, which makes it twice as big as Preveza or kalamata!) which is in the throws of being expanded. Beautiful setting, limited opening hours, approach over the beaches where the turtles come up to lay their eggs, hammer the brakes on landing, performance limited departures (more of a problem for Airbus), Greek ATC.
How very convenient for BA! Am I being a bit too cynical? Moi?
The Saab was the first commercial type for both me and Skycruiser. Greater little turboprop despite being a bit overcomplex in certain areas. It’s well equipped compared to many other turboprops though, eg proper FMS rather than just a GPS and even a crude version of TOGA called CTOT.
Shame, I depart for Paphos at 0715 and land back at 1730 as TCX819. We’ll miss each other both ways!
Actually it’s not something we can do on the 757. The 767 does but my company doesn’t have any (yet). Monster, Skycruiser and Moondance will have to do this one for me!
The fact that he’s offering £1m per aircraft is not the point. The point is that he’s offering 1 million times as much as what BA paid for the same product.

Sorry Dartie, you’re incorrect.
IATA codes are 3 letter (eg BHX, LGW, LTN, MAN etc.)
ICAO codes are 4 letter (eg EGBB, EGKK, EGGW, EGCC etc.)
Yep, I agree
There have been mutterings of Aurigny swiping the Guernsey mail/papers for a few years now. I can see it happening if Channex decide to ditch turboprop operations, which I believe is not out of the question.
A bit harsh to call the skipper a toilet!
We cover dual engine failure (in a twin engine aircraft!) in the sim once every 3 years. Typical scenario would be volcanic ash ingestion, for example.
I would very much doubt it.
