Interesting, bearing in mind that EAC had problems running their 747’s with dark one end, light the other colour schemes. They found they had difficulties regulating the cabin temperature and also found it difficult to spot thing such as hydraulic leaks against the dark background.

probably something to do with the peanut pricing
Most people would call that being competitive. Nobody here seems to complain when they get a cheap flight (even perhaps when it has been subsidised by other routes, a la BA in the past).

So what price are you assuming for fuel/leasing/etc? You can’t run an aircraft on such basic assumptions.

On board instrumentation gives us the wind strength direction in our current position. ATC given wind is that at the threshold of the active runway. Go into places like Tenerife and they will frequently differ by 180 degrees.

The first few trips are being operated on an A346 although it will quickly revert to being an A343 route as technically the apron infrastructure is not capable of supporting the A346.

first port of call, “Bob” 😀
Edit :: Keep it clean, younger members on this board. 🙂
Why do you try and turn this into something it isn’t??? It actually came from a former Saudia 747SP management pilot. I thought we had all moved on a stage but obviously you want to drag the forum backwards again.
