Sadlt I don’t think I have any colour photos of 2FTS machines.
I’ll have a look through, and post what I find…

The question should not be what display has an F 16 but how many will be at each. Some times seems like every other display is an F 16.

Yeovilton had at least three F16s in the flying display a few years ago.

If I am able to, I may come up to see this first flight.
Hope everything goes smoothly leading upto and including the big day 🙂

Yes saw its nose section in the yard at Booker last week, no sign of the rest of it, looked a pretty crude cut just forward of the wing root.

Can’t say that I’m surprised, but dissapointing nonetheless. Thanks Robbelc.
    Hopefully it’ll be find a good home (if it’s going free, then…. 😀 ;))

Sorry to hijack your request, but does anyone know what happened to the Canberra on the dump – WH887?

Agree with Robbo here – re-ignite the thread with more photos 🙂
Can’t believe that they were all posted before May 2004 though!

My highlight has to be to see the RNHF Sea Fury fly on September 16th, having been waiting since 1997 to see it fly.

Agreed, and with the weather forecast, I’d be inclined to leave there until next week….or even into the new year 🙂

Agreed there Firebird. I doubt those involved with this project would attempt to risk the Hurricane, unless the conditions are 100% safe to fly.

Let’s hope the weather doesn’t put a spanner in the works.
I’ll keep an eye out on the regional news for it tonight through Sky.
