I can confirm the RJX is not going to be scrapped! They have a few other RJX bits and pieces stored away for someone who now no longer seems to want them and it is these that may face the chop.
In reply to someone comment earlier that its “rough” example – it was a prototype and is thus equipped with only a few seats and a lot of test equipment, rather like the 1-11, G-ASYD at Brooklands. That aircraft was used as a company transport for a while, so its somewhat better furnished (with wall panels etc).
Slightly off topic, but I can also confirm that the fuselage of Trident 3B G-AWZK safely arrived at the viewing park today. We are now waiting for the starboard wing and tail before reassembly commences.
