I know they are not as anti-gun lobbyists have never challenged their facts, even when their facts disproved the anti-gun lobby statements.
The NRA uses numbers derived from Federal, State and local government agencies, if they are wrong, the governments are lying.
Same for the GOA, Gun Owners of America, organization. Their facts are never publically challenged either.
For years the big new sources did not even mention the GOA but now they are sometimes mentioned also in news reports on firearm rights.

RpRNever mind about quoting figures on Mass Shootings, the only thing in numbers quoted should be ZERO, if Obama was to put his foot down on the NRA,as they are using the 2nd to justify folks rushing out and buying weapons. It’s as easy to get a gun in the States, as it is for me to buy a loaf of bread. It’s about time somebody had the balls to say “Enough is enough”

I am using it as it is publishing stats. that Democratic politicians, and black lives matter NEVER bring up except in response to Republicans stating hypocrisy of Democrats pushing gun laws, and the Black Lives Matter leaders.
One Black Lives Matter supporter was questioned about the black on black shootings on a show about the man shot in the back and he had a very hard time trying to explain how what Black Lives Matter is crying about has nothing to do with the black on black shootings in Chicago.
Now this city has what is said to be near the most controlling firearm laws in the country.
Yet this city and its problem is, or was not till this week, never mentioned in firearm stats, although their statistics are part of the national statistics used by the liberals, including President Obama whose personally picked, now former employee, is mayor of Chicago.
So do not think Obama could do this, that or anything, as if he really cared he would be in Chicago, not some suburb of St. Louis speaking of black men being shot.
As a side note, there is nothing Obama or any President can legally do to gun laws protected by the Second Amendment without the approval of the population to change the Amendment.

Oh yes that brings home how incompetent our president is: “We have a pattern now of mass shootings in this country that has no parallel anywhere else in the world,” Barack Obama said on Wednesday.
He said that in France right their mass killing.
Even some liberals in the U.S. said that was one of the most stupid comments he ever made.

The female killer had pledged her obedience to ISIS, the same group Obama bragged was contained, of course he also said that ISIS was junior varsity level compared to other more serious problems.
Today’s newspaper, here, had a cartoon where Obama’s B-52 strike on ISIS was dropping CFL light bulbs.
I Just found out that today, after the investigators had – thoroughly finished – the public press was allowed to rummage through the home of killer.
Among items found by one reporter who was among those rummaging through the house, was numerous bank statements.
As the killers had been armed with items that cost over ten thousand dollars, he said it was moronic that those statement were not among the items the investigators had removed.
One of the Obama’s lead talking heads also said that she is now, most concerned about, is the backlash the Muslim community may face.
