No. Your so-called “facts” merely show that gun crime rates vary from state to state (as I’d imagine most things do, so no surprise there) in an apparent attempt to deflect from the simple fundamental fact that gun crime in the US is way, way higher than it should be….
Hmmm, just what are the proper numbers that should be, then?
You do not live here, know nothing of the life style the majority of U.S. citizens endure, prefer, or are fully willing to tolerate, but I would really like to see just what your utopia numbers are from your arrogant ignorance.

It looks to have trapeze style rail launchers, room must be made for the trapeze unit.
RpR. As I was given to understand, by the friends we were visiting, had I NOT paid the fine, and come home to GB, then the fine would have been laid on file, and should, at a later date re visit the USA, I would have been refused entry.
Perhaps you may be able to tell me if this is true.
Jim.

It depends.
Some areas still keep records of such things local, but others are hooked to a computer network.

The Heat with Bullock and McCarthy
I am afraid that McCarthy is going to end up like many recent over-weight actors, dead at an early age but damn she is good.

Syria is a Russian satellite
I would drop to my knees and thank God if that were true but if that were true the entire area would be more stable.
The Marines blow it up, The Army builds a trench around it, the Navy paints it gray, and the air force leases it for five years and turns it into a mini golf
Damn that made me laugh so hard I almost peed in my pants.:highly_amused:
I know it’s a big can of worms. It’s not about being a fan, it should be about using tax payer dollars efficiently whilst meeting realistic requirements.–You are speaking as if an extremely complicated scenario is as simple as organizing a warehouse, silly notion.
Right now USMC is second army and second air force. —-The Marine Corp. has its own set of rules and modes of operation. It is not just another army or air force and to say it is, is ignorant at the best.
I’m not sure what USMC in it’s current format brings to the table.————–That statement is ignorance at its worst Talk to Marines or at least do some serious reading.
And let’s not forget that in WWII Army did lots of amphibious landings and in fact was involved in largest amphibious landings of war that the USMC had nothing to do with (Operations Overlord, Husky and Torch).——So?An even more extreme alternative is:
1. Abolish regular Army (it has to be extended every 2 years by Act of Congress anyway)––——Silly statement, as that is one of the items that is written in the Constitution.
2. Keep ANG ground and air units.-—–Good grief they are technically civilians. As one member told me recently the only way one gets a promotion is if another person dies or retires.
3. Abolish regular USAF Tac Air and Transport services-——Good grief, your ignorance is amazing.
4. Massively expand Marine Corps as an expeditionary Air-Land integrated combat force.-—-See item 4.
5. USAF to be in charge of land based nuclear deterrent, space services, strategic recon—-already is-—- and ANG based defence of continental USA.——–Cannot be done, National Guard units ultimate authority is the States Governors except at a time of declared war. At this time ANG handles patrolling U.S. Air Space by mutual agreement with each State.
Actually these ideas are reminiscent of the cluster-f–k that preceded Korea.
RpR. Do I detect a hint of envy here ?.

LOL!
Not really, I loved the look of the road race Harley, pre-Buhl, especially Lucifer’s Hammer and then one, a fellow in Japan built, and finally won with, before the professional Battle of the Twins class in U.S. was castrated for being too popular.
I used to ride a MV Agusta 750 America, so I had my day in the sun.

Want One!! I like the sleek looks and design.

?Really?
It reminds me of the old Buhl Harleys that looked like some one dropped a turd on the ground and then put wheels on it.

RpR This is what I tried to explain to Chas, but I think he understands what I was stating now.
I have mentioned this before a long time ago, I was stopped and booked for speeding in Flagstaff AZ, for being just 2 MPH over the limit. It was a ticket job,, which I paid at the Grand Canyon Post Office. I think 2 MPH, over, and being booked was harsh, If it were me, on my old job, and had it been something like 4 or 5 MPH over the limit, then the motorist would have been given a stern talking to, but no way would I have booked him.
As a matter of interest, what would have happened to me if I had refused to accept the ticket?.
Jim.

Depends on location.
In the long run though, you failing to pay the fine would result in some long running action from bizzare to legal hell, again depending on location and the phates.
I had one speeding ticket, sent the money in and they sent it back saying I already paid it.
Go figure.
