what about the B-70 Valkyrie??? 6 J-93….30.000 lbs each!!!
any sound files of the beast?
thanks a lot great!!!
My uncle was at the Korea War and told about the chinese attack from the North. 4 Mio chinese that if all of them could spit at once could drown the UN troops!!
(MCArthurs idea with the atomic bomb carpet was not bad at all! :diablo: )
the chinese -Vietnamese relations at the time were not the best. The Soviets were Hos big friends.
if the same chinese attack would be started… I don’t know, these are all fiction. Fact is that the S Vietnam had a too low moral to afford defending themselfs. and the Soviets had plenty of time (over 2 Years) to rearm N Viet.
They made one mistake: They didn’t invade N Vietnam with land forces.
Mystic,
BTW the US did crashed the Vietnamese during the Linebaker I and II. They forced them to the round table. The US came back home as victors. The politics and the weak s. Vietnamese lose the war then in 1974-75…
all 4 pilots are dead…. 🙁
The BIG weapon that Greece have is the EU. But politics is the one side, the other side is, “be strong and you have peace”. If the radicals in Turkey will take over and rule the army, then there will be nothing to do to stop them only a strong defence. But all that is a bad dream and I hope it will never be reality…
both countries are equal the only diff are the 70 Mio people in Turkey.
Greeks have the quality in many aspects
But what we’are writing here? Nonsens,
War will not break in the next 50-100 years?…hmm I would be not so sure about that…
But let us all hope that it never happend
no Infos at the moment, I think dogfighting… but they are both safe and well..
it was a training mission with other 2 2000s…
collision with another 2000, but it landed safely.
jepp that’s the important thing.
the F1 is a lovely plane indeed
the whole question is a realy difficult one. Who is the best in the air depents on the quality of the men, machines and numbers. I think the experience is the big point in this discussion.
I don’t want to put someone on top or elsewhere..
But I’m thinking that Greece as a small country with almost all of its aircarft new or updated (the A-7s and the RF-4s are the older) has a tremendous experience in the sky. Greek pilots had to fly many times a day to intercept incoming foes from the east. There are pilots among them who flew the F-5A before they converted to the Falcon and had no radar and could see an incoming foe from many miles away..no electronics just their eyes…
cheers
