Did Russians know that Syrians still had chemical weapons? A bit strange if they didn’t knowing they worked in same base, no?

The U.S. Department of Defense is looking into whether Russia was involved in the April 5 chemical weapons attack on rebel-held territory in the town of Khan Shaykhun in Idlib province, senior U.S. military officials said April 7, AP reported. Participation in the use of chemical weapons would jeopardize Moscow’s goal of being accepted as a viable partner by the United States and others in the campaign against violent extremist organizations in Syria.

a lot of statements are disinformation. They will start work next year on it and later they can completely revised the project and create another export variant of PAKFA. they should be aiming for 6G fighter as its entering after 2025.

Good joke. How about getting that flatted SU-35 into operational use before even thinking about that manufacturing 5 gen fighter.

I am sure you know about Crimea importance. Abkhanzia is like Monoco to French. Finland/Baltics simply don’t have that importance otherwise Putin would have shafted them long time ago.

Yeah we suck so much that our shops near Russian border are full of wealthier Russians who buy food products because apparently everything in Russia sucks.

Btw.. do you even live in Russia?

Can you point one single Western European country run by “neonazis”? No?
Can you point one single sentence from Swerve in wich he condones any simpathy for “neonazis”? No?
Can you actually explain such a stupid remark? No?
    I’ve thought so.

I find it funny because Russians are actually bankrolling and supporting all sort of far-right parties in Europe. I guess those people are good fascists because they are pro-Russia?

France does not have budget let alone claiming bigger. France can’t sell Airbus without US permission. You don’t own anything.

You realize that Russian military budget is relatively big simply because they don’t take care of their own citizens? Rampant corruption and increase of HIV infections are something what RT very rarely speaks about. Do you live in Russia? I’d be surprised if you do.

Finland receives five responses for HX fighter procurement

All five manufacturers have responded, namely Boeing, Dassault, Eurofighter, Lockheed Martin and Saab, with their respective F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, Rafale, Typhoon, F-35 and Gripen E aircraft. Information on the Lockheed F-16 and Boeing F-15 has not been offered.

    Typhoon? No way!

Don’t bee too sure about that.

Now when there are plans to bring EU countries closer together in defense matters this baby of several larger European countries has better chances than before.

In fact it could be a smart move : only italian chain has contracted future atm. BAE chain awaiting for KSA good news, and spanish waiting for EJA orders to replace F-18. German chain will be closed for two years…

After Trumps victory there have been surge of Eurofighter news released by media. There are always political elements tied to fighter deals and perhaps now Eurofighter is becoming more relevant choice (earlier it was basically seen as unlikely winner) due the talks about more integrated European defense.

I don’t think they’re actually planning to move an entire assembly line to Finland and it likely isn’t even necessary. Patria (formerly Valmet) has assembled Hornets and NH90’s so end-assembly of Eurofighters should work out easily.

    Yes, that’s correct.

BAE officials say that if Finland chooses the Eurofighter assembly line can be send to Finland so they can “manufacture” all the fighters in here. Both French and Swedes have made the same offer before them.

because they sacrificed the pilot who was following orders, to putin

For Russians humans are nothing more than biomass so it’s was not a big deal for them. See the stories about all the dead Russian “volunteers” in Syria and Ukraine.

Its safe to claim A-10 doing air support for Kurds and US “instructors”.
By now US has stepped back on anti Assad/Russia retorics and Russia/US are co-OP quite nicely.
There are numerous news article to support this.
As it stands, Turkey is very much denied access to Syrian OP by the Russian forces in the Region.

It remain to see if Turkish affairs can accomondate and aid Russian interest(fighting Islamic terrorists) in the Region..
    I have my doubts.

Apparently Turks didn’t get the memo.

After watching few reports this attitude seems to be very common among people who voted “leave”.

Rebels in Aleppo were seen doing some training with FN-6 MANPADS few weeks ago. Could be related.

    Qalaat Al Mudiq @QalaatAlMudiq
Rebels claim they downed w/ MANPAD a Su-24 in S. #Aleppo & possibly was Russian as 2 pilots ejected. Waiting for Jaish al-Fateh confirmation
