It’s newspaper stuff, but not Swedish newspaper, from the Bangkok Post which seems to link it to the Thai Air force commander Chalit. Although it’s not reported as a direct quote. That made it somewhat more credible to me. Not that the planes would be used right now, more if the rebellion would grow and proper targets would appear.
