A typical example of what i’m trying to remove. Yes i can pick and scrape but not completely remove this substance. It’s very hard, almost like a calcium build up.
Thanks for the information guys. Is there anything a bit less industrial that can be found in the Missus’s cleaning cupboard for example?
See ‘Jaguar’ by Michael J. Gething, a warbirds fotofax book from 1989. I think this may be what your’e looking for. Has all the prototypes in and early service shots. All b/w photos though. There’s one on ebay for 4 quid.:eagerness:
Hi John, No history i’m afraid, as it’s out of my dads collection, identities lost to time. Give me a nod when you require the part for copying and many thanks for the information that you have supplied.
I was just in my local store and spotted them. They usually distribute the same stock to all of their stores.
Nice video Peter. Is the dorsal GoPro mount an original item?:stupid:

Couldn’t tell from the news footage, but would the Typhoon be fully armed in the event that the airliner would have to be forced down?

I just googled GAL 45 Owlet, there’s a civi version called the Cygnet as well. Main wheels and nose wheel look similar.
I recall seeing an advert in a 1940’s copy of The Aeroplane for Palmer wheels fitted to the Owlet training aircraft of the RAF. Could this wheel hub be one of these?, looks similar.
I assume the road is closed?. Good thrill for the free loaders.
Will he be at Legends? with dee bee cee den
Oh you know….Just an averaged sized family home with a unused averaged sized pool at the bottom of the garden. I’m only just within the living wage these days, so can’t afford the water bill to fill it!!;)
