i cant help what you dont know and i’m not going to google every one for you to get links
the apg 63 you asked about uses the apg 79 back end, both have jamming, why dont you have a read
generic term jamming = includes ew ea eccm deception etc

yes they all have dedicated jammers
yes they all have aesa jamming radar
as i said several times, its as well not instead of
i’m trying to keep it simple for you and me, you will probably find that they interact with each other and act as one with the dedicated jammer acting as the control, but there are 2 usa companies and many models and there would be variation, but each claim jamming for their aesa

hang on, is there a french release saying dassault isnt going with aesa jamming radar, will you have to wait for rafale aesa version 2 for for it ?

its as well not instead of, look at the SH jamming system for a good example
you are too negative to the game changing jamming/EA/EW that it brings to the table

yet the other forces are choosing jamming with their aesa radar uk, griffin, uae blk 60, the f-15 aesa singapore, sh australia
the usa can even transmit viruses into recieving oposition arrays so i read

wait and see, you will find dassault will go with jamming aesa radar too
i dont know why you are resisting it, you should be excited

TMor and Toan are the only 2 i have seen try and keep it sensibly fact based, although i have frustrated TMor with my plebness at times, i have enjoyed and learnt from our posts
sorry bluewings, they would be the 2 examples i would use to measure against

the rafale reputation is improved by dismissing fanboy sillyness and not giving it oxygen
if there are no false claims to refute, the true rafale can be admired for what it is/will be with coming updates
it doesnt have to be the beat everything and have the best tech, to be a good plane that is getting better

i know, i was giving you a compliment for saying that it isnt dropable
the probe is removed by ground crew

when BW dismisses the word changing of removable to droppable for the pixie dust rafale
you have to accept its a false proposal, try using ejectable and see if he comes onboard

at the moment he has to put the plane in auto pilot, he then opens the canopy and crawls out, spanner in hand, saying french is best to the english, who needs a retractable probe when you have this superior technology
i think in rafale 5, you know the modified 5th gen one, they are going to be able to remove it by crawling under the rafale dashboard when in auto pilot, there is plans for his wingman to remote control with link 16 while the pilot executes this added 6 gen feature

    Wow… can’t argue with that defense… /s

well its hard when i post an official link that states the fa-18 rolls at 45 deg aoa well within its flight envelope
and they still go , but but but but with a baseless point

Yes requiring ~5 sec to bank 90°. And even with that Hornets and Super Hornets got their a$$es waxed in WVR fighting by Rafales.

actually its 3-5 sec for a 55 deg roll, if you look p26
    the old hornet ?
a guns only dog fight, maybe, i dont know but have heard about a euro18 and rafale wvr exercise with the rafale leading, dont know if the uro18 had the fcs upgrade
with hms and 9x/asraam/amraam, doubtful and even more doubtful with the Super Hornet

    yawn
there is roll and there is straight, both are different numbers, as you have been shown
here is the link to the old hornet tested at 45 deg aoa roll, so lets not hear any more nonsense

the old hornet can roll at 40 deg with new FCS about 2002 and the new sh is better
its said the f-35 will roll at 50
    the f-22 roll at 50+ i think 60

yo might want to recheck your 30 deg, i think its under 30

edit the old hornet with 2002 FCS will roll at 45 deg
