The default key is SHIFT + E to open the doors etc and then the same again to close it, give it a go and see how you go 🙂

I think the only book Ive ever read about flying (study books aside) is “Flying the big jets” by Stanley Stewart, just nice to get an insiders view etc 🙂

I suppose we could always go back to FS98 and FS2000 etc where we had none at all, its all a learning curve for them, and each version will get better and better, it must be so hard to write a program which gives 100% accurate ATC all the time, give them some slack and Im sure FS2006 will be much improved again

I think the one you are after is from PSS, try http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk, they have an offer on (or they did ) where all their products have a 50% discount
The Cathay plane I have mate is 5mb zipped, is this ok?

edit ** Skycruiser, Im not sure hotmail accounts can go over 2.5mb? PM me your home email address and I will send it to you via that if thats ok
if I have to pay for it I’d certainly hope it would have a workable panel (which as you say it does) and the PS1 mate you can get for around the £150-£200 mark, Transair are selling it for about this
Dean
no need to wait though bmi-star mate, cos the ones I stated are free downloads whereas the PMDG one will be pay-ware
Dean.
There isnt a waiting list with QVA mate 🙂

back to the original topic 🙂
I have 2 DCs H13.10, standard I know but very useful and comfortable, and if you search in the right place you can get them at a reduced cost even if not brand new, my second pair cost me £170 and they had only been used 3 times 😉

As you may have guessed I havent been around for a few weeks as I’ve had a terrible virus on my pc.
In fact thats what I reckon Robert is, a browser hack, he was designed to hijack EVERY interesting post with something totally dillusional and pathetic. Robert, this virus gave me a headache, and you are doing the same, and I agree with Galdri’s sentiment, this is growing VERY tiresome.
If you wanna post some humour make it sound humourous, or at least add a smilie on the end

I can only tell you how the one Im with works.
Basically you start off as a CAT 1 pilot, you browse the routes for CAT 1 pilots, choose which ones you would like to fly then you bid for them, they then get added to your name in the roster and then you fly these routes at your leisure, basically we require you not to use time acceleration until you reach top of climb then switch it to normal at top of descent, once the route has been done you report your flight time along with fuel burn etc into the automated system and this adds your hrs accordingly, I am a CAT5 pilot here and I fly international long haul and no I dont sit in front my PC for the duration as Id end up with a DVT lol
With this VA if you are inactive for 30 days you get removed from the roster, so you have to do one flight per month which isnt very taxing
Give it a go and see how you go
