Well thats one way of using tanks, and propaply in these sort of scenarios where the opposite force has no tnakforce of it’s own. It’s different however when fighting against “real army”, not to anyway minimalizing hezzbollah, but I mean army with far more troops with dedicated branches and ect.
When the enemy has a tankforces of its own, the best way to fight it is to concerate your tank forces into units that aren’t tied to the infantry’s slower mobility rate. In WWII the biggest fault of soviet army was that it couldn’t use it’s superior tankforce in it’s best ways agaisnt germans as it was tied to supporting infantry advancing and couldn’t break out to exploid the rifts in german flanks.

Ofcourse things are different nowdays and the infantry in countries like Israel is more or less motorized. But as this conflict has showed, tanks aren’t the best way to fight against those who use areadefence-doctrines…

that is true, and i understand what your trying to say. Well, if you ask me I don’t think that moscow would have turned an order down after the cold war. Meaning that it was any customers day ( ) therefore It would be in the Air Forces,Navy’s across the world.

I really believe that if P-3 is superior to the Il-38 ‘crapomatic’ otherwise Australia,Japan,Turkey,Pakistan,Iran etc. would have went straight for the fuk*n IL-38

….and we rest who watch this with little wink in our eyes do realise, that it would have been rather queer event in cold wars history if participants of two hostile camps would have bougth weapons beyond-block by simply picking the best performer, How do you think that you can confince the indian side to take you seriously at all?? The stain of humans are whiped in couple hundred thousand years which is a secconds in earths long life….

I have bit mixed feelings towards this global warming…

First of all in recent years I’ve started to doupt that it’s a fake…THey told us that our winters will be moist and warm and summers, well moist and cold…pretty much what its now in the UK…my ass…The last four summers have been hot as hell and the couple last winters been colder than in ages…So still waiting for solider evidence…

On the other hand I do knowlidge the facts that this whole global warming is based. But then again I wont buy that **** that we humans are so bad and horrible race as we just destroy the mother earht and so on…If we are so bad, why we exist at the first place? I think nature wouldn’t tolerate us if it wouldnät knwo just how effective we can be…But i think thats the whole point. We humans tend to look this at our small perspective. Earht has recovered from huge asteroids that have boiled the oceans dry and completely destroyed almoust everything ever existing…but it’s still here. We fail to see that our time ontop this earht is a mere secconds of the earths life. And all the possiple damage we can inflict well whipe away in no time in the bigger scale and life still goes on in other forms…

But that doesen’t mean we shoudn’t do nothnig…We can always improve our own living enviroment. But if you want to find some major factors that causes the global warming or more likely stall the means of doing something aobut it…I advice to look which countries haven’t ratified the Kioto treaty…
