yes they do…consider US firing a missile over China without declaring the test…heck, even if it was declared you would see millions demonstrate in the streets. So, Japan has every right and should raise diplomatic hell in UN on this. Imagine France launch a IRBM test over Britain…with or without warning

This thing, firing missiles OVER america have wondered me…Are you suggesting that Norht Koreans are firing their missiles over US soil?? But I tought the missiles range barely let them hit to the closest (or farest, depends where you look at) point of USA…so you are saying that NK is planning to let the americans take care of the target area..???

The only thing I can think of that would be more ironic and amusing is if the IRA got elected to power in Ireland

Weren’t Sin fein a political wing of the good old IRA?

The bottom line with the whole Israeli-Palestinian situation is that the Palestinians don’t want to co-exist with Israel……they want it to go away…….just like almost everyone else in the Middle East.

The bottom line is that peaople like you (and Israel) fail to see that the normal palestinians just want to live normal life…failing to provide it is the reason why there is aggression…You see after all your so belowed “freedom” will surpass terrorism…but you actually need to give it (occupation isen’t one) other than just talk….

No I don’t mean kill Palestinian civilians….just the terrorists hiding among them.

So in group of five, there are one terrorist, and four civilians…to take the terrorist out which is your weapon to choose?? I’d go for sniper…but apparently you guys prefer missiles…why not? Those civilians might just get upsetted when withnessing a murder right in they eyes…better to whipe them out too, so that no new potential terrorist are left… ๐Ÿ˜‰

Israel is ahead of the Arab world in quality – not quantity. Even when excluding Jordan and Egypt out of the title of “hostile neighbours”, there are still many other nations there that won’t recognize Israel’s right to exist. Israel’s nuclear ability is meant for deterrence – deterrence against a possible attack by an Arab coalition against it, because while on the paper it seems to be able to deal with a number of invading forces at the same time, we have almost failed to do this before, and there’s always a chance of failure in the future – so nobody is willing to take that chance. If Israel will be invaded like this in the future, the invaders will have to take the chance of having their capital cities destroyed.

Which other states? Syria and Iran…and the latter lacks any means of conventional invasion…(Hizzpollah doesen’t really have anything else than a harazing purpose)…and I find it hard to belive that Syria would go on their own…So the “evil arab union” is in the past…

And the justification that you give to your own nuclear weapons is exactly the same that should allow Iran have them as well (and why they are propaply having it at the first palce), deterrence. Israel have attacked against Iraq in the past and agaisnt Tunisia so Iran have pretty justificated fear that they might do it agaisnt them as well. And not to mention USA which have had the habbit of harazing almoust every single oilproducing country that doesen’t follow their lead…So like I said in my earlyer post, Iran should be allwowed for nukes as Israel is…

    ๐Ÿ˜€ Keep them comming

I’ve often wondered (among many other things ๐Ÿ˜‰ ) why didn’t we build few similar size destroyers in the 30’s? All that we did was the two giants (from our perspective) Ilmarinen and Vainamoinen amoured coastalbattle ships and few submarines. In the actual war the coastalbattleships prooved to be quite useless as we where too afraid of using them exspecially after when Ilmarinen sanked. But few ~100m destroyers would have fit perfectly to the fleet and freeing the old imperial era sloops to more suitable backline dutyes…

…But as usual we just have to seddle for envying the neighbour so how about some nice pics of swedish cruisers and coastal battleships ๐Ÿ™‚ ???

    From mosnews…

Two Russian-made Su-30 jets arrived in Venezuela on Sunday and Caracas plans to purchase 24 of the fighter jets from Moscow this year, the military announced, Xinhua news agency reports.

The two Russian fighter jets would make their first public appearance during a military parade set for Wednesday to mark Venezuelaโ€™s independence from the Spanish colonial rule, according to the announcement.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has said that his country will officially ink the deal for the Russian fighter jets when he visits Moscow on July 25.

โ€œWe will soon be in Moscow, because we will buy Russian fighter planes to defend our sky and land,โ€ said Chavez on a television show in May.

He described Sukhoi Su-30s as โ€œ100 times better than the F-16s that Venezuela bought from the United States.โ€

Chavez has also vowed to sell Venezuelaโ€™s F-16 fighter planes, if the United States refuses to provide spare parts to his country. Alberto Muller Rojas, the presidential advisor, has indicated that Venezuela is considering selling the planes to Iran if Venezuela does not receive spare parts from Washington.

Chavez unveiled the plan to purchase Russian-made fighter jets and sell the F-16s after the United States announced a ban on military sales to Venezuela. Sean McCormack, spokesman for the U.S. State Department, has warned that the sale of the F-16s to Iran, or anyone else, โ€œis not permitted.โ€

What like they did when they played Holland? Hope France or Brazil nock them out in next round . and no this is not looser talk i just hate Portugal

Holland was the bad one in that game…Perhaps it just becouse I’m a finn, but the fact that a small country (and relatively small football country as well) beating the big ones pleases me very much. I’ve always dislike Brazil and Holland, everything related to them just smells so arrogance…I even prefer sweden when playing agaisnt them (and that’s alot from a finn). Glad that both are out…
