Deliberate attacks on civilian personnel, sometimes in large scales…it shouldn’t matter who’s side you’re on. Besides, isn’t it a fact that many Serbs, especially the younger ones, tend to see things in a perspective that differs strongly from that of stubborn nationalists?

…again comon pattern like Garry just explained…also the later part, the perspective thing…it’s nice that youngsters in many other countryes see things differently than lets say their parrents…like in USA…

What seperates us from other animals is that humans are intelligent enough to be able to make decisions and decide to give other animals the right to life (or at least good welfare depending on your views).

well I know we can choose, but on what principles? There are 6 billion people out there and providing them all a healthy vegan diet would result catahstropal effects on worlds ecosystems and infrastructures….like I said in the other thread over this matter, Playing vegetarst or vegan is priviledge for rich kids in western urban regions and is by nature almoust offending to the silent majority which have no change to determ how ‘ethical’ it is to eat something.

but then again that our morale decission only helps our own consucense to feel better after we have killed the deer, Not particularry to the deer who gets killed anyway…
but guess its rather pointless to argue whit the matter. If I ever came cross to killing an animal, i would do it as fast as possiple and wouldnt leave to think that maybe its more ‘natural’ way to kill it slowly like the wolves do…like you siad, its a matter of feelings…

Death is death…there is no excaping form it…

…but lets imagine a pac Wolves chasing a deer..exhausting it to it’s very end, biting little pieces of the deers legs and haemorrhage causing the strenght of the deer to run out even faster…then this broken down animal is either choked to death or let to bleed…should we say, “hey, use sniper-rifles instead…far more “human” way of killing the poor deer..” to the wolves??

I agree that if we slaughter animals, why not doing it fast…but then again isen’t thats the way that is done?

well sorry to brake it up to you like this….

…but Humans are animals, part of nature as well as all other orgasm in this planet. We are created by the nature and therefore what we do, cannot be anyhow ‘against’ nature in such manner that it should be considered. We can think it shortsighted that woods and animals present some other way of extince opposite our urban consicuonse, and cutting down trees and killing cute whales is somehow anti-nature by nature. Nature have made us capaple of dominating our surroundings as well it has hinted of this quality among other animals that have inteligent better than average. Western people, living so long in the urbanised enverioment that they have lost completely their own part in that bigger picture and therefore in sudden fondes to this ‘alien’ and ‘foreing’ complex have made them to came up whit sillyness like vegetarism and ideological enveriomentalism…But in the end its only sillyness… logic thats behind eating only plantfood should lead to eating completely synthethic goods…concrite and plastic. Harventing and agriculture are as just ‘bad’ and ‘evil’ way to destriy natural ecosystems as are kiling of animals. How many plants have faced extinsion, how many ecosystem lost for good by hands of human harvesting?

Im not saying that humans should just waste the nature as fast as they can, but that the motives of the naturefriendlyness should rise from the needs of humans, not nesseserily from imagined need of the nature. Living par whit the nature is the best way of assuring our own survior that we have all rigth to worhsip as does all other spieces in this planet. Morale and ethics are funny things when you start mengeling them to things where they simply dont aply…

This is all really deep stuff and my parents are saying “you’re only 14 you shouldn’t be getting involved in things like that” What do you guys think?

So you ask our advice over this here is something to think about first:

1)Animals are not ours to eat

So whos they are to eat? Why can other animals eat them then? Why can we eat them if human race eat them while we evolped into apes into bit more clewer apes?

2)Animals are not ours to wear

Why arent them? Whitout wearing them, regions like europe and north america would have never been habited. Many native people still live out of fur and coat economy in northern regions of eurasia. Should we send them to jail over it?…Ok there is difference in raising foxes for furcoats to western rich people, but in the end We raise animals for food…and saying like there is a human way to kill somebody or something is just big pile of BS that i have ever heard

    3) Animals are not ours for entertainmet

Based on what? Do we affect deep menthal traumas for them by doing it? We amuse us selves whit humans who are beyond reason and understandment, what makes animals somehow better? Do you outclude pets aswell whit this statement?

    4) Animals are not ours to experiment on

Cosmetics aside, but have you ever thougth about the medical reach of this? Many centrall asian street dog would have killed from the opportunity to be part of Soviet space project in 50’s. Beeing a test animal gives average animal lot more better changes of good live and conditions to the majority of animals in the world.

Im myself wery fond of nature and animals But i have always thougth this sort of thinking that you presented as urban kids nonsense that has no clear morale basing and severly underminds human long history of living as part of nature that only few last centuryes have raised away from our collective memory. If you want to exploid your fondes of nature, there are better ways of doing it than beeing part of political pressure groups and other ‘urban’ and ‘unnatural’ ways…Beeing enveriomental friendly, being ecoist or vegan is priviledge for rich brats and I think it almoust offends the great sorrow and missery that most of the world humans currently live.
