All LBA has landside is the usual overpriced airport cafe, Burger King, Yates’s, O’Briens and Greggs so I don’t think you would like there either!

Echoing the words of the above, my thoughts are with his family, such a tradgedy when other kids, e.g. one in year 8 at my school, are dealing drugs, muggin people etc…

Two problems I see:
– Likely loss of many of the few customers it does have
– Will potential customers be willing to wait that long, even if it does compete on spec with the B787

To me it was a non starter rushed off the drawing board to compete with Boeing,

This happened to anyone else take of from heathrow on way to jfk had a look at spot view and there is smoke pouring from my tail, lets just say the passengers didnt like it to much

I reckon you scraped the tail on take off – in future try attaining a higher speed before rotating and a gentler angle, you should only be pulling up two degrees per second

Reported in that thread that an A330 of SN was destroyed – will this be immediately replaced, temporarily or permanenty should it be a complete right-off,
