I never read Trip reports, but the headline of Bahrain – BHX confused me greatly so I clicked, and I’m actually pleased I did…no comments about how one piece of ice was larger than the other in the soft drinks, or how cabin crew member X smiled nicely on leaving the aircraft.
No, this one was really interesting I thought, the other side of flying that many never get to hear about.
I agree that this is a trip report that shows the side of aviation that trip reports do not cover in this forum,
Any pilots take note; please write about eventful flights, or indeed “A day in the life of me” sort of article
I find this confusing – your best of posing it in a different way, but if you are talking about parking postitions or something like that then perhaps they can learn a lesson from the London Eye and ditch 13 altogether, the eye is numbered 1->33 with 32 pods, does away with losing custom from the supersticous,
Sorry if this is not relevant but I haven’t got a clue what you are on about,
Wozza
Looks like it has been readied for storage because engines have been removed and that weird weatherproof jacketing has been put on in some parts, I may be wrong though – If i’m right then why is is going into storage?
Can I be nosy and ask what this is about?
Sorry for not inciting more trouble Newforest – just that I was merely 1/4 awake when I first looked at it and it would be foolish of me not to say that I actually think it is real and is a proper decent shot!
If they were to go to Manston or Prestwick i’m almost certain it would be Prestwick but I really doubt either will happen in the immediate future
Hi,
Noticed its your first post – welcome to the forum,
Anyone care to tell me where Lubeck is, i’ve heard of it but forgotten where it is,
great to see some expansion from Wizz – superb LCC
EDIT – How many a/c do they have now, their website claimst they have 6 but it has done since I can remember – located Lubeck to be in North Germany – strange how they didnt use Hamburg or somewhere big(ger)
I Take it back, after a more thorough examination of it I reckon its real – just a surreal angle
Superb shot but for some reason it looks fake to me, as if the A330 had been put on afterwards
Wonder who, perhaps Wizz (my best guess) or SkyEurope
No – doesn’t mean I have to like them
I love this programme on National Geographic – is this a new series or repeats?
Great report – don’t know why but I feel like telling you Costa Coffee is short for Costalot Coffee
Got a few more Q’s for you aviation bods regarding mainly SkyNet Airlines
I’ve searched the forum and there is no mentioning of them anywhere, just incase you’ve forgotten they are the airline that operated to B734s between Shannon and Moscow via Dublin or Amsterdam.
What were loads like?
What sort of price were tickets
With Air Nova launching Aurora in Russia (the new LCC – russia’s first) is it viable for low cost links between Europe and Russia (Mainly Moscow)?
There have been plans to resurect Skynet from shannon but to operate long-haul services – any news on this?
Thanks for your help in advance,
Wozza
Stunning, I love the sharpness of your shots but to be brutally honest I don’t like the angles of the first to – but that’s just my opinion
