Is Jeremy Clarkson an aviation fan, after watching the, as always amusing, topgear tonight he made several references to aviation in just a short time – it would be great if he was a fan.

I’d like to add that I am watching “I’m a celebritiy get me out of here”. I noticed the a/c they are parachuting out of is some dodgy little cessna like thing (type would be appreciated) however when I search the reg – VH-MMV i keep getting to a F27 can anyone provide an explanation

EDIT – I found this stating that it was written off in 2001: http://aviation-safety.net/database/record.php?id=20010429-0 😮 Ghost Aircraft on the loose!

Superb shots there, it really does make me feel sad seeing that Avro RJX there – it breaks me heart. It probably has been posted before but why did they cancel the production of it?

However the Emirates livery is the only colour scheme to have been fully applied the others only incorporate logo’s

Well the series has just repeated on Sky Travel, sorry people – just realised that I should have told you first. Well I had an idea for them, why not make a 10 series programme for several airports around the UK to get a good insight into them (on national TV rather than Local) Contrary to MarkLs thoughts above I thought it was a superb series

Well, I reckon the chinese airlines should count their blessings, I mean come on when you’ve got the chinese government negotiating costs for you your gonna get a good deal as both the US and EU will be desperate to keep china on side

Really do hope they paint a Virgin example and send it to Farnborough!

Additionally – I’d love to see them paint it in BA colours – try and tempt the Execs to order it, despite the probable ensuing Law Suit :p

Can any one tell me what sort of price you would expect to pay for your 25 hour and 50 hour slots – give me an amount in the bank account for an aspiration. Wouldn’t that give you some high status being able to call up a biz jet – nobody need know it isn’t yours!

Sorry Cardiff/Wales folk, I did not mean this in a vicious or Cardiff bashing way – I was just thinking all the attention is on Cardiff/BMIbaby of late rather than anything else and i’m not the hugest of Cardiff or BMIbaby fans – however i do find Cardiff interesting airport – why do you not visit and get some pics?
