Arshad i know it is old. Its from 2000. I just wanted to show that all these articles do add up to DRDO’s confession that its nuclear delivery system is dysfunctional.
So u can very much claim that that interview i provided from 2000 is very much authentic in its claims. Because DRDO’s confession from the news article u provided dated AUG 31 2004 proves so.
By the way i really liked this part of the interview where Karnad says :

Merely parroting some falsehoods does not truth make.
1.DRDO is not in charge of the N setup.Its the DAE.
2.DRDO confessed nothing- they merely said that they were training the IA and that the Agni 2 was ready.
3.You do realise that the sight of Pakistanis eating grass and having the bomb is no grounds for pleasure.
4.Get off your infantile high horse and think of what the above cost you in terms of economic development.
Grass eating..and that sets your nationalistic antennae a frenzy.
