No pics ….yet, but own a 1981 Fender Strat (no strings on it at mo) and a Simon & Luther Patrick accoustic guitar which I play often , in the process of getting a set together with a mate .

theres no such thing as a crap guitarist (some are just not as good as others) , you just sound as if you’re inexperienced, so keep practicing then you can get that SG
To most spotters the B737 is known as “PIG”
Dave
Thats correct Andrew,
G-N81AC=G-BOAC
G-N94AA=G-BOAA
G-N94AB=G-BOAB
G-N94AD=G-BOAD
G-N94AE=G=BOAE…………………..these flew for Branniff/BA
G-N94AF=G-BOAF……………………flew for British AErospace

btw, did anyone see the Pepsi Cola c/s ?
Ive seen a few near misses at LGW, one of them was when an EVAair B747 had just began its take off when it was abhorted, at the same time as a BA Tristar abhorted landing.
Ive often seen an aircraft rotating at one end of the runway with another about to touch down at the other end, with the increasing ammount of traffic at LGW its time for a 2nd runway.
Dave
Water feature???? lol!!
I suppose the wings would make a good sun shade……………
………..and one of the seats at a cool £3000 for a garden chair
You’d be the envy of all your neighbors
Dave
There was a centre page spread in one of the tabloids showing some of the items up for sale , £10 for one of the menus amongst other things.
I think you’re right guys, it definately sounds like a “If we cant have them then sure as hell Bransons not having ’em” attitude.

I was rather hoping someone could give me some info as to why this aircraft was only in production for a short time and why most of the aircraft were broken up??

Schipol is definately my favourite followed by Dusseldorf, both airports are spacious and airy with good spotting and good facilties
In the UK LGW and BHX get my vote
Saab, I agree with about CDG, good variation of traffic, but the terminals are terrible.
