    I understand what you’re saying .

If septegenarians have had a life then let me hear about it, not their everyday whinging. There are some extremely interesting older people out there, in fact the most interesting man I ever met was a former mayor of our humble town, he was in his 90s at the time and lived to be 101, a great guy.

Why do we brits love to talk about the weather whatever age we are?
“Its cold today” says one old lady, “Yes isnt it” said the other one, “I had to put an extra wooly on today” and so it goes on,

You could be right about work colleagues having a humdrum life outside work, but to think of bus driving as an exciting vocation, now that has got to be sad.

The Royle Family? the mickey take that we all fell for? no, you did , I didnt, the only good thing about that programme was the theme tune.

Right, thats that off my chest!!

    I need a drink………..wheres the scotch?

Hey, did you know that theres a book for Eddie Stobart spotters its about 15cm x 10cm and has approximately 50 pages,(yawn) each page is white with black writing and theres some really lovely pictures(yawn)of some lorries and stuff and it sits on the shelf just nicely,and……………..asleep yet??

I dont know if you like Sci-Fi, but Arthur C Clarkes “Hammer of God” is a good read, concerning a rogue asteroid (or was it a comet?)heading for Earth, and a group of astronauts that were trying to stop it.

As you say, Bio terrorism is more likely. Hasnt it already been proved what a determined group of terrorists can do with bio-chemicals in Tokyo?
