RAAF Museum Mosquito
This was earlier in the year at Pt Cook- Late Febuary.
One of Adelaide’s Ansons.
Well you better start planning Warbirds Downunder Air Spectacular 2010.
Get the Blenheim and the Mossie over from NZ as well.
Bring it on.
A warbird extravaganza is certainly required to further the warbird movement in Oz.
Would this not be a goal of Australian Warbirds Association?
As for location I think it would have to be NSW’ish to attract attendees from futher up the east coast. Also close to a major centre to attract spectators to make it a sucess. However Pt Cooke certainly would have to be considered and Tyabb, well the gathering of Mustangs was awesome! and well attended.
Anyone know when the next Tyabb airshow is?
Spit it out, don’t be shy.
Do you need anyone to wash your windows Oscar?
I haven’t really had much to say, but here is a shot of me about to go for a flight in a Nanchang above The Coorong in South Australia. My wife also bought me this flight, but for a Christmas present.
Regards Liam.

An Oscar in OZ would be icing on the cake!
could we see the P40F at Avalon? Or any P40, I’m not fussy.
great photos Setter, it seems everytime you hear about Wangaratta they are taking on another awesome project.
As an AIRTC cadet in SA we would get rides in the Dak’s on our camps at Edinburgh.
We were always sure that the ARDU pilots would take bets as to how many cadets they could get to spew.
Great planes gone to a great home.
Regards Liam
Raaf Museum Mossie earlier in the year. Not quite as nice as a flyer, but a good start.
