I think warbird enthusiasts appreciate the technology and respect those that served. Very few want to glorify war.

I like TSR.2 as much as everybody else but I think dispite its Star Wars looks it would have been superseeded in any role very quickly.

Forget the grand stands, it would be cheaper to make tall people stand in holes. :rolleyes:

I think we may get to a stage where there are so few airshows that a purpose built airshow venue could be viable.

When I saw them over Howden a few days ago they looked great for the exact opposite reason. Appearing out of the gloom with storm coming up behind.

Cant have been many spare Mustangs around on Sunday, Legends was on and I saw the Hammond pair over Howden.

Not being able to find a job any where and having rent and bills and to pay is making me swear but not as much as the fact that I am now just about resigned to the fact that the only way to keep a roof over my head is to claim benefits.

Students cant claim benefits. oh well I enjoyed my one year at uni !
