I might be miles out here but I thought a Grumman Duck was a high wing, twin engine flying boat. What I thought I saw was a biplane with a large central float like a Kingfisher.
Beat me to it on this one.
So is it worth buying for the film. I dont need the mail on sunday this week, we have toilet paper in.
Hi Graham. Hows it coming along . Do you have an update for us.
Cant wait:)
Does anybody know how long this aircraft will be at Doncaster and if it can be seen from any public areas ?
Cheers.
Ben.
Excellent pics TEEJ. They put on quite a performance dont they. They were in East Yorks wednesday afternoon. watched them attacking the old Carnaby airfield (not realy of course). Then as I was driving from Bridlington to Hornsea. As I came out of Skipsea they popped up over a hill and came at the car full wack:eek: . Amazing ! I was a little bit shocked to say the least. Any way, they seemed to head of in the direction of the Cowden ranges after that, But apparantly ( in my girlfriends opinion ) Free Port designer villages are more important. so thats where we went.:(
Yes it is me on ebay.:o . Realised I did not like it as much as I thought. (sorry Graham) . Going to buy my self a new toy if it sells.
Thank you for the replys guys. Dont know what to think now. Either way is this a rare item. What about the restore or leave options.

Harvard rumbling over Howden on its way home to Breighton this morning about 11.00 . My girlfriend said if you was`nt out here cleaning all these dog kennels out you would have missed that, I could have lived with out it
Magister (spelling?) over Goole this afternoon.
Probably that jamy sod, Davski, getting another ride:)
Thunderbird167… I dont remember saying anything about any David or in fact posting at all. 🙂 🙂
While it is a shame to see the aircraft in this sort of condition, I think they have some thing about them. I kind of like them like that. Like the Lightning on the A1. Before any one shoots me down, think about how many times we all looked at the scrap yard thread.
Any one reconise Steve Patterson (L39). Sure I have seen him on the forum before.
I`d give anything for a ride in that Lighting, well, one day maybe:)
😮 😮 😮 😮
Is this the best programe ever or what.
Cheers RP
More pics from the museum please.:)
