Does anybody know where I can get hold of some screws for my panel. I have tried a few places (DIY stores ect.) and have been told I need to go to a specialist supplier.

    Thank you MARKG

I will be parting with a few of the instruments but not until I know what they all are and how much they are worth.

I thought this might happen ! (Hendon). I just wanted to share some photos.

I have my opinions of the location and where I think it should have gone. But like people have said before, who has a right to sit at a computer and critiscise people who are actually doing something.

Is there anybody in the area who might be intrested in getting involved with the presorvation of the aircraft. The museum only has four volenteers and the odd CS lad.

There are a wide variety of displays covering hundreds of years. Veichles, weapons, uniforms ect. Many of the displays are under ground in the tunnels and magazines. They think they might not have found even half the tunnels under the fort. They have a web site wich I dont know the full address yet (Google). This should tell you all you need to know, as I probably wont do it justice.

    I also enjoyed the falconry

There were volenteers inside the aircraft when I arrived but no public accessat the moment. Health and safety. lol its the safest thing there…

Better stop there. I am not a museum basher.

It was a bit slippy today and there were a few things that I thought were dangerous. But it is just another case of massive under manning and funding.

Nice pics AVI. That looks like an excellent museum.
    Those carrier models look impressive.
Any of the Kestrel, or any more at all would be great.

    Cheers.

    Ben.

Septic. I was just wondering if this was a one off or if this was the display aircraft used for more than one season.
