Any body know a forum ect. That could help me identify the above instrument pannel.
Is this it ?
Hi Texantomcat. Is this your aircraft ? The first one looks like Duxford. The second maybe Old Warden, but I could be wrong about both. sorry no dates.
Ben.
It could be worse !
What ever your opinion surely everybody agrees it is better than this.
I just leave (quite) low bids on lots of items. Then see what I get at the end. I get some real bargins. Last week I recieved 500 pics from 70/80`s Nort Weald, Duxford ect. And today about 300 70/80`s pics from Duxford, Old Warden ect. Thank you for the offer but I just collect original photographs. Hope you can remove the ink blot. Any way I wont spoil your thread any more by going any further off topic.
Ben
At the risk of being booed off the forum. This is all I have at the moment. I think it is from a Eurocopter Squirrel. Can anybody confirm ?
We all have to learn some where. 🙂 🙂 🙂
So it was you who out bid me. Maybe I should be less stingy in future 🙂 🙂 🙂
Hi every one. Sorry to interupt your thread but I have searched the whole forum to find some where to ask this.
Is this a Eurocopter Squirrel instrument pannel.
If so what are the chances of finding un-serviceable instruments to put in it.
Is there a 109 down there ?
Vickers Vulcan ??
Do you think the P 51 fuel tank could be made serviceable ?
The lighting in the Concorde hall looks great. An example to other museums. ( could not see your hand in front of your face at Elvington last week. must have been saving money on electricity ). Looks like a fantastic place. Must go when funds allow.
First of all thank you Trumper for posting. I can not take credit for the pics. They were among 500 aircraft photographs I recieved today. I have original photographs but not the negatives, and I dont know the photographers name to credit him/her. Have I broken any rules. If so I will be happy to remove them. I hope not as there are some real gems in this lot. Taken I would say over the last 20 years, they look like the ones that did not make the album but still amazing.
Just found a few Memphis Belle pics if any body is intrested. No where near as good as previous pics but just wanted to restart this thread. Cant post them but can e mail to some one who can.
Thank you JDK. I have next to no information about this pic. All I know is it belonged to a F S Bradley who at some time or another served with 100 squadron. I have few other pics that came with it but they seem unrelated.
The question should not be what display has an F 16 but how many will be at each. Some times seems like every other display is an F 16.
