It`s a shame. These people are the reason I am followed at SOME museums and shows. Though maybe Elvington are a bit fanatical. (I am sure they employ a private detective just for my visits). It`s a difficult situation. On one hand I must admit quite few 21 year old lads might be hooligans,vandals what ever you want to call us. On the other there are very, very few of us who are intrested in aviation history (or history in general). Try not to disscourage too many of us. Aeroventure (an excellent museum) were very welcoming to me but at the same time had(s) problems with young people. I even met there pet vandal `rat boy`. To sum up my slightly off topic rambling. Dont tar us all with the same brush. It`s not just young people. And most importantly, with all due respect the people who run our museums will not live for ever. Young people must be encouraged.
