It was discussed quite a lot last time this link was posted 🙂
Hi TO, are involved with at Newark Air Museum ;):)
Hope you get one, it would fit nicely in that Nimrod shaped space at the museum :p
Stop Nit picking …or I’ll make you watch ” Red Tails ” all over again !!
…. and if that does not stop them, Pearl Harbour ! 😀
I think they look great. I hope we get one/some over here. They look the part and wont rust. I would like to see one at Elvington and that Newark place we here about on here now and again :)
Now please get this Hobbit rubbish out of the way and make the film 🙂
Hangar was PPS at Booker and which wing do you mean
If you have a look on iplayer at 22.02 it is in the background, the one with the roundel.
There is a good Neil Armstrong documentary on BBC 2 at the moment.
Great pics 😎
Great pics 😎
Of course some of it was set up, scripted, edited, its TV 🙂 Did not stop me enjoying it one bit. If it has James May in it, its pretty much guaranteed to be worth watching.
Any way, nice Yak and Jungmiester. What is the wing from (22.02) in the hangar where they built the glider.
I think, having sat in a ‘109’, that the hood was deemed very ‘tight’ and difficult to lift up and get out
I have also been lucky enough to sit in a 109. I closed the canopy for that `authentic feel` and yes you guessed it, ended up fast in there !
Looks like all these new Spitfire restorations spell the end for the BBMF Spitfires then :)
An offer has be declined. Looks like somebody has not been allowed to spend a penny.

Brilliant :D:D:D:D
Just out of interest, I have just had a look at the price of flights. Not to bad actually 🙂
Wow, very nice 😎
Any videos ?
Ben
You should be very happy with how it has come out. I like it a lot 😎
Wading through all the detail `nit picking` here http://www.britmodeller.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59375 it seems it is agreed the Hasegawa kit is the best fitting kit of an FW 190.
I personally think (generally) Tamiya build the best fitting kits.
Hope this helps
Ben
