Ryanair stopped flying today.LOL Im only messing
Damn. That would have been nice.
I’ve been on a LH A321 and can confirm they don’t have IFE. BA has drop down LCD screens, but LH has nothing.
Don’t expect IFE from LH. Even on L-H it is pathetic.
Ok, thanks, I will say nearer the time.
P.S. Why have BA dropped the ‘World’s Favourite Airline’ for ‘The Way to Fly’?
Will the 777s have PTVs throughout the plane?
well i just want to watch. Take-offs or landings.
Thanks.
Thankyou guys
Keep the advice coming anyone else
Also, there are Continental Airlines billboard ads everywhere along the route to the airport! Go to see them doing their fair share of advertising. 🙂
duo, if only! 🙁
Copy that; same at BHX and in all the newspapers across the
English-Midlands.
Yeah, the AVOD-ready one is Rockwell Collins. It is on nearly all the planes except, I think, some of the earlier 777s.
AVOD stands for Audio-Video-on-Demand. It is where you can play, stop, rewind, pause etc. Virgin currently have it on a 1/3 of their planes and Emrates have it on their a345s. The current BA system is AVOD ready, they just need to make the upgrades to it.
Shame the poor sods on those 767s wont get PTVs, on all BA flights except those couple & the MAN-JFK ones you get PTVs. Never mind, they will have to fly CW instead!
Where is th ebest place to see the planes at BHX?
This is good for Rolls-Royce!
They not so long ago bought some 777s, what a shame.
That’s what the seat are like on Thomsonfly

Well probably they will swap a/c about on routes, but BD was coming back from RAF to operate the Toronto Route
What do you mean the 3rd A333 was used by the RAF?

Also i saw on your site that u saw G-WWBD of bmi. Was it operating BD701/705? Or coming back from Brize Norton in preperation for the start of the Toronto flights at the end of the month?
Are they using the 3rd A333 to do that Toronto flight?
