Is this a renaissance for a V-Force?
I’ve just got to see XH558 flying in formation with Vampires and Venoms 😀
Although I’m not sure if here were any V-fighters in service at the same time as V-bombers. I guarantee someone on here knows though.
Oh, and a Sea Vixen, of course!!
Well, Coppermine will certainly remove lots of pages from my website. Using I’ll be able to embed it within a single page.
I am, of course, going to have to work out how to get the search facility working so that people can find the photos they want. Unfortunately, at the moment, they only have filenames, but I’m sure I can do something with the notes.
Thanks Micheal!

At the time of writing, Miss Demeanour can be found by searching by any one of a variety of keywords.
It seems ideal on first sight. I’ll certainly give it some further investigation.
Thanks.
Here’s another, just because:

Thanks Pete, and noted.
FYI I was told to park behind and between the burger and ice cream van at the very beginning of the display line. I’m not sure if your attendants noticed the disabled card. However, what toilets there were, were at the very beginning of the display line (R26 end). Because the able bodied toilets were so prominent, may I suggest a disabled one is placed alongside every set.
Unfortunately I didn’t feel up to visiting the attractions and stayed more or less in that vicinity.
I note you had disabled scooters for hire, if desired, for which many were probably very grateful.
Having said that, had a smashing day, the weather held, and the display flying was certainly up to snuff.
I’ve finished my Kemble page, which you can see in full if you Click Here!
Although I’m not as pleased with the results, compared to Cosford, here’s a taster anyway:

Love all those pics, but I felt, from my perspective, that the Meteor flew fairly straight and level, while the Typhoon was somewhat nose high.
Branscombe is a great day out. It’s more than just an airshow, it’s a classic car show too.
There are two fields. The PFA guys fly thier cans in during the morning. Then, when safely tucked away and whatnot, their field is open to the public to watch the airdisplay.
It’s usually old classics, no jets, as I recall, or choppers. Mock WW1 dogfights and the Harvards are always put on a nice display.
If you come along, I’ll probably move into the 2nd field as soon as it is opened, as you get a better view of the taxiing and take off’s/landings. The first field has a high hedge hiding the runway 🙁
Going home is always interesting, departures take off right over the pedestrian exit to the car park. It’s a great place to get nice shots.
Check out 2005s show – Click!
And 2004’s show is here – click
It really was a great day.
oooh nice.
Thanks to all.
Sorry, didn’t mean to hijack your thread with this personal stuff.
Did you see me falling of my chair? Twice??
We must have been 5 feet apart again – near the first burger van this time!!!!
Were you one of the 3 Guys this time – all with lenses longer than my arm?
Agree, this year was very good – better than Cosford!
Anyway, I’m going to Branscombe, Yeovilton & Culdrose – see you there!!!
???
I’ll put some of mine up later, in a separate thread. I would have done it earlier, but my little brother died on Sunday, and I didn’t learn until I went back to my car !! 🙁 🙁 🙁
I wouldn’t lay any bets on all of them remaining serviceable, though. Three Tornadoes? – It’s a wonder they got there at all. I wonder how many were actually planned!
