I don’t think they’re out of focus, they just need sharpening.
I hope you don’t mind, I’ve taken the liberty of sharpening the spit pics.
This is normal when it comes to displaying digital pics on a computer monitor – printed you probably wouldn’t see the problem at all.
Almost every digital photo I’ve ever taken has needed sharpening, I just apply a little “unsharp” mask using my photo editing software (PS Pro 7 in my case).
Busted 😀
Wow I guessed you had a set of ladders – but how did you get that in through the gates?
:dev2: :diablo: :dev2:
😮 😀
Thanks.
I’d just love to see a private Canberra or Martin B57, with a non military paint job al la “Miss Demeanour”.
Firebird
Thunder city are granted a permit to fly within the UK to make a visit to the 2007 RIAT and make a formation flypast and short display with 558 and Bucaneer followed by Hunters, Sea Vixen and Meatbox.
Ohhhh the stuff of dreams…………
Regards
John.
Sadly, I think there’s more chance of moving 2007’s RIAT to South Africa, than vice versa.
Unfortunate, and dream shattering as that may be.
Forum Visit anyone! On my birthday too!
Would love it, my 51st on 23rd, too.
Chances of actually making it are about the same as me reaching my 151st, though 🙁
Just as a point of interest, as this is not really FAE259, do we know what happened to the original?
Thanks gents, just needed the info to add to the exif data of a couple of piccies.
😡 🙁
I don’t subscribe to that channel? It’s not fair, I can’t get it without spending a small fortune.
Well, here’s Plymouth’s Tonka display for 2006! I really think the Allied Project deserved better, but beggars can’t be choosers…
Sorry about the quality, but it was quite hazy, although sunny, and Tornado’s can easily use more sky than they might imagine they do. Plymouth Sound is quite a large arena – much more so than most airfields, so you couldn’t describe the performance is being particularly intimate. It wasn’t even particularly loud!
Actually, if anyone in Plymouth is going to Cosford, Kemble, Yeovilton and/or Culdrose this year could I possibly steal a lift. I promise to reciprocate in less lean years.
Wow real “General Jumbo” stuff.
Yes, just found this sad news on the BBC’s website quite by accident:

🙁
Oh – they’ve renmed “Bobbington” to “Wolverhampton”??
Or is it Halfpenny Green?
Wolverhampton Airport?
I thought Pendeford was closed and had been turned into a (yuck spit) housing estate!?
