It’s from a piston twin judging by the engine synchroniser.
The panel is from a Shackleton.
Unfortunatly the Cockpit section was scrapped about four years ago!!! It is quite frightning that we are still losing items like this in this day & age.
Fortunatly the Windscreen assembly was removed before scrapping ,which i managed to aquire.
Len Parker at Reno is restoring WD833.

I would say that the part with J62R2615 is Fairey Firefly.
Do you have any more bits or do you think there would be any more bits on the site of the dump?
Was this airfield an ex Fleet air arm station?
In the with the number J62R2615,did the inspectors stamp have “F8” in it?

I visited the Museum of Berks Aviation in March 2008 and have to say I don’t recall seeing a Marathon fuselage section, tho I stand to be corrected.
