Seems to me that the Black sea is a Russian lake. Not a healthy place to operate from if anything starts.

No, not the remotest likelihood. I cannot think of single parallel between the Crimea and any of the Baltic States. Nor could you if you thought about it for a minute.

After the events of the last couple weeks, I’m not sure of anything regarding Russia anymore.

I’m thinking that Russia is going to go in and finish off Ukrain in the next couple of months. Now……assuming that pretty much everyone here would have said , a month ago, Russia will not annex the Crimea, should the Baltic States (Estonia, Lith. and Latvia) be edgy?

I remember in 4th grade (1978) my class took a field trip to Davis Monthan AFB where my Dad worked at the time. (He was an A-7 pilot) one of the neat things we did was we got to sit in the cockpit of an A-10. Something special for an 11 year old! I’m 46 now………..my point being…..that plane is OLD!

Probably 8(ish) 35s and 12 helos. It would all depend on what it happened to be doing at the time.
