I like the idea of a Tornado display Tony, there is quite a few of us with collections of Tornado cockpits, panels and bits & pieces.
BasD, my grip is the same as yours with the raised spring cover, although it is a lot more ‘used’ than yours.
The stick top has all three thumb buttons fitted, sadly no F731 or tail number it was removed from.

I have an early GR1 stick top dated 76, the part number is AC 66132 and the Panavia number is P41004, hope that helps.
I remember a Canberra nose there when we restored the Vampire T11 back in the mid 90’s, think it belonged to someone working there and was something to do with a station museum? No idea when or where it went to though.
The aircraft preservation scene owes a lot to the yard at Stock, so many cockpits and parts were saved and sold by Graham and Steve. Happy memories of the Wattisham Phantoms and St Athan Buccaneers as well as the countless other types to go through the yard.

The only place for this jet is Cosford, fits in perfectly with the other test airframes.

The second photo down is the engine start panel from a Phantom. The bottom IFF/SSR panel is also common to Phantom amongst others.
