Good to see you back JC 😉
Roll on Christmas Day, Dave’s book was top of my list.
not sure. I think 597 should go to Cosford as she was always a test aircraft….but we might still get her
I agree with Tony, Cosford would be the best home for 597, it should fit in with the rest of the test and development airframes in line with the museum collecting policy.
Great to hear the Boscombe collection has found a new home, not so good about 401……another bites the dust:(
Keeper ye pecker up Tim, speak soon.
My first thought was Bucc

Tim’s out of intensive care :D:D
Well done mate
Great news Tim
Top news Tim, look forward to completing our phone conversation about old times, hope you didn’t miss your dinner;)
Great to hear from you Tim, best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Nice to see it back on it’s legs and where it belongs, well done to all involved
Just a thought, return ZE359 to it’s 74Sqn markings and move it to Cosford. By doing so, Duxford, Hendon and Cosford each can display a complete RAF Phantom and the country doesn’t loose an example of a rare F4J(UK)

Thanks Howard and Team, another great Newark event. I actually made more money than I spent:eek: which must be a first.

They look like F-4B’s or early F-4C’s. Does anyone have any serial/BuAer numbers for these jets?
Anon.
Two of the F4’s are 66-7692 and 66-8715, both D models, I photographed them in the NBC training area back in Nov 2001 (visible from outside if you walked the perimeter fence at the corner of Valencia and Kolb Road) Not sure about the third one, I guess if it was there in 01, I would have a shot of it:confused:
