I imagine the armoured vehicles they have would mostly be serviced with canabalised parts and they would have some people who could fix mechanical problems but any sort of fire control or other electronics would require dedicated support which they don’t have, if ISIS have to spend a lot of time looking at the sky that will affect their ability to wage war and if pinned to a position or location they can’t or won’t leave then they can be smashed

It’s pretty much the only thing we watch as a family, kids like to dance to it tho the lad looks like he’s doing the funky gibbon rather than a jive, missus loves it and I can be tempted to peruse the lovely ladies, I will also admit a sneaking admiration for someone who can really cut a rug when it took the mob 6 weeks to teach me to just about keep pace and not tick tock.

NHS! Just after her 3 rd birthday my eldest daughter was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, the care we received was unbelievable and were also supported in almost every other way possible, if we were in other type of system we would now be bankrupt, both me and my missus have worked full time since we left school( or in her case uni ) and she is an A and E nurse but we still could not have afforded to pay for the treatment.

Excellent, good to hear at least a part of a lynx is being saved, what s/no is it? the only thing i have which could be of any help is a cover of AP101c-1303-15(aircrew manual) which gives superb views of what instruments are fitted with regard to role/mod fit.i have seen lots of lynx stuff on ebay. good luck.

We need parts as well, please direct yr replies to 815 squadron,RNAS YEOVILTON BA22 8HT. Kidding aside I take it this is for a cockpit/ airframe project, what mark as there are many differences in even ‘standard’ areas like overhead fuel/ electrical flow panel and quadrant ( ECL/SSL control Assy)

Was that disintegrated panel made of mild steel? is it an original spec panel or a replacement since going on display as its an odd material to use on a maritime patrol a/c.

apologies for the way that was written charlie but was typing while eating toast before getting out the door for work, i try to look in every time i get the chance however my lack of a smart phone and my kids hogging the IPAD mean its not as often as i would like. I admit calling the forum the DAILY HEIL ONLINE was not correct, but SNAFU et al are not on here as much as the opposition so lately that’s the way its feels which is odd as i’m more inclined to conservative(small c) than Grauniad readers and i did miss SNAFU(advocate, devils, 2nd class) as its much more interesting, and that must be the point of a discussion forum. Anyway its time for some vino and a relaxing weekend getting the rugrats ready for going back to school.
